Add user accounts
You can create your user account to your switch. Each user account has its own game progress. So if someone use your switch it can’t mess your game progress.
To add new user, System setting- Users – Add user.
View activity feed
When you talk about Nintendo switch tips and tricks, This is one of the best trick. If you are excited to check how much time you played or spent time in game by just tapping on user activity feed. Tap on the user’s profile avatar on the home screen, then select profile.
Search your friend code
Same here in play activity where you can find your friend code. This code is very complex and this is used to add your friend to your friend list on the switch.
Manage storage
Nintendo Switch has 21.4 GB of standard storage capacity. Some of that used in space for game, apps screenshot after switch operating system is installed. one of the biggest advantage is that it has microSD card slot on the back under the kickstand.
You can manage your Switch’s storage in System Settings > Data Management to help make room should you run out.

Take a screenshots
To take a screenshot, press the Capture Button on the left Joy-Con. To view your captured screenshots, go to the Album within the HOME Menu.
Record Video
To record video game play footage: While in a compatible game, press and hold down the Capture Button on the left Joy-Con. Up to thirty seconds of game play prior to pressing the Capture Button will be saved. The captured videos can be viewed within the Album.
As with standard screenshots, you can view and share videos from the Album app.
Find a lost controller
Nintendo has built some functionality into the Switch which will help resolve issues just like this.
From your home screen, navigate to Controllers > select Find Controllers.> select the Joy-Con that has been misplaced and push the shoulder button of the controller you still have.
Create a Mii
Mii’s are still a best one feature on the Switch, although a bit hidden. You’ll need to go into System Settings > Mii > Create/Edit a Mii.
Access the Quick Menu

Even you are busy on Switch you can access quick menu by pressing and holding Home button. From here, you can adjust screen brightness, toggle airplane mode, and put the system in sleep mode.
